Myron Jucha

CEO, CHRS

Born and raised in Johannesburg, South Africa, Myron Jucha moved to the United States in 1977 and graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Economics. After marrying his wife of 38 years, they moved to sunny San Diego, where Myron’s career took off.

In 1986, Myron launched Jucha Financial, which later merged with Kent Brooks to create BJA Partners. His expertise in Employee Benefits and Retirement Plans has helped companies attract and retain top talent, guided by his mantra: “Having the right people doing the right job at the right time.” Client retention has been a key factor in Myron’s success, with many clients remaining with BJA Partners since the very beginning—including his first client.

A strong advocate for client needs, Myron serves on the broker council for several benefit carriers, ensuring his clients’ voices are heard in shaping industry offerings. He credits much of his business philosophy to his mentor, Norman Sarkin, who taught him the importance of building a company for the long term, rather than jumping from carrier to carrier.

Through Patriot Growth Insurance Services, one of the nation’s leading insurance services platforms, Myron is actively involved in driving innovation and strategic growth in employee benefits. This partnership allows BJA Partners to offer expanded services, products, and solutions that deliver greater value to clients, enabling the firm to meet evolving client needs with a broader range of offerings and enhanced support.

Outside of work, Myron is passionate about cycling and has completed the Challenged Athletes Foundation’s 620-mile ride from San Francisco to San Diego five times, raising over $70,000 with the help of his wife. He also enjoys traveling, especially going on African safaris, and remains deeply committed to his family and community, living by a philosophy of excellence in service to faith, family, and clients.”
